3. Bird Dog: Begin on all fours, with your hands directly under your shoulders and knees under your hips. Extend your right arm forward while simultaneously extending your left leg backward. Hold for a few seconds and then switch sides. Repeat 10-15 times on each side.

4. Bridge: Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor. Slowly lift your hips off the ground, creating a straight line from your knees to your shoulders.

Hold for a few seconds and then lower back down. Repeat 10-15 times.

5. Hamstring Stretch: Lie on your back with one leg extended on the floor and the other leg raised, holding onto your thigh. Gently pull your raised leg towards your chest until you feel a stretch in the back of your thigh. Hold for 20-30 seconds and then switch legs. Repeat 2-3 times on each side.
